Very experienced and professional GPs and respectful reception staff. I was lucky to have around 17 min on the phone appointment, and a follow up call soon after.

When I joined the surgery the GP refused my long term medication, this resulted with me having to attend A&E due to seizures as a result of my medication being abruptly stopped without discussing it with me. I have been advised to sue the surgery on the grounds of medical negligence.

This place is an absolute disgrace. I was on the phone for almost 2.5 hours yesterday and then was abruptly cut off. I have 5 witnesses plus a screen shot photo of the duration of the call. Do these places ever get audited? If so this place would get shut down in an instant. If possible , I would suggest registering elsewhere.

Never had any issues with Hollybrook Medical Centre, all staff have always been very focused on getting me the best care. I've been really impressed with the service they've given during the Covid-19 pandemic and have found telephone consultations very effective, I hope this option continues after the crisis is over.

No one answers the phone ever - what is the point.  I am going to pay for a private GP and pay £175 just to get it done.

I have recently moved to the area and joined this GP surgery, already had to use both the GP and Nurse services and I’m very impressed by this surgery. Thank you!
