Beautiful cemetery at this time of year.
It's a beautiful cemetery, but I've noticed signs up saying that people are not allowed to create a memorial space or decorate their loved one's graves. This is heart breaking because there are tiny little graves belonging to children, and they're decorated and kept up and so clearly loved. I really hope they don't actually enforce this.
My whole generation is buried at holiybrook. It's one of the cemeteries where slot or Muslims are burried. The council do an excellent job in looking after it. Space is running out fast.
Ok not as well kept as it used to be,dont know why they dont allow a small memorial on public graves,some other cemeteries allow a stone vase or in house made plaques,such things could help fund the cemetery,there large areas that are just grass,records could be made more easily available such as deceased on line

Well-kept and tranquil space sloping down to the Holly Brook in suburban Southampton. It has a chapel at its centre and contains the Hollybrook Memorial for Commonwealth servicemen and women with no known grave.
Beautiful cemetery, well kept and peaceful
Have been to my grandsons grave today and am so very upset by the babies graves.Grass has been cut but its every where,thick grass has coved the graves and surrounding areas so you can't see them.Its very, very sad and lve come home and cant get it out of my mind.Its a sad place but today even sader to see that who ever cut the grass doesn't care.Please sort it.
