Holly and Andy are extraordinary people, the perfect support you could wish for at such a distressing time. The care and attention they gave me and Dad after we lost Mum in January exceeded my expectations. From calls and regular visits, down to tailoring a little private ceremony, nothing was too much trouble. It's so refreshing to have people who genuinely care about you while you're navigating your way through an unexpected sea of grief. I highly recommend them.

Holly and Andy are two amazingly kind, approachable people, who have developed a concept to manage funerals with the utmost decorum and tact, it was actually an enjoyable experience. We had never arranged a funeral before, but Holly came to our home and gently answered every question we had. Andy spent a long time initially on the phone to us explaining thoroughly everything we needed to know and decide. Somehow he made it sound so simple. Between them, they helped us create the perfect day, where every detail was exactly how we planned. They also between them both daily, often more than! checked on us as a family. They go the extra mile with a smile!! Even now all these weeks later they are there as a support. Lovely people who have become our friends. Thank you Holly and Andy. Xx

Holly and Andy Clarke are both such caring people. I have had the privilege of working alongside both of them, and have seen the care, compassion, and empathy they offer bereaved families. Nothing is too much trouble. The Family Room at Cranbrook has a lovely calming atmoshpere - far removed from a 'traditional' funeral director. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
