So far I have had no problems. The staff are very helpful and getting in touch online is no problem as you receive a call back or message reply fairly quickly. I have only just joined the practice but I am more than happy.
After having finally managed to work out how to use the online system, I managed to get help very quickly from one of the doctors. Thank you.
Since this has changed it's now impossible to get a routine appointment. Been trying to book something for about a fortnight. I'm meant to phone every day to try and get something for the following week rather than be able to choose a slot that fits around work. How is this practical?
Almost impossible to get an appointment, some of the reception staff have an unsympathetic attitude. Regularly fail to send repeat prescription to my chemist. You’d think it was an exclusive members club.
Very difficult to get an appointment, very difficult to actually get a repeat prescription sent to a nominated pharmacy. General administration seems poor and overall there is a real need for improvement.
