What a brilliant service! I cannot fault Hollowells Funeral Directors in any way at all. The service they provided after the death of my mother was exemplary. The proceedings were handled perfectly by Chloe, right down to the last detail. Everything was done professionally with due considerate care and respect for the family and the deceased. A death in the family is always hard to deal with, but Hollowells made the entire process easy and dignified. Thank you so much, I hope that I never need to, but for any future deaths you will be be my first choice of companies to help deal with the necessary formalities.
I would like to thank Hollowells for carrying out my dad's funeral. The service I received from the first meeting with Simon until the day was excellent. He was caring kind and supportive as were the rest of his team on the day. Nothing was too much for them. They carried out our wishes and helped us to give our dad the send off he deserved once again thank you.please pass my Thanks on especially to Simon.
I would personally like to thank Simon and his team at Hollowells for the love and support they showed me when my mum passed away. The team also dealt with my Grandads funeral last month. The funeral was beautiful and they did everything, I chose the flowers I wanted and they organised that for me and also the food for the wake. The team showed compassion especially when I came to visit my mum in the chapel of rest. And also took the time to speak with me to make sure I was ok before leaving. Thank you much Hollowells. Xx
Hollowell's dealt with both my mother and fathers funerals. Even though they were 17 years apart, the level of service, professionalism, care and attention to detail was second to none. They took great care of our loved ones and treated my family and I with respect and thoughtfulness.
My dad passed away recently and mum didn't hesitate to ring Hollowells. I'm so glad she did. We were met by Simon who took us through the whole process and was there on the day of the funeral which was important. We could ring whenever we had a question. They made the whole ordeal much easier. Thank you soo much.

I used Hollowells because of the positive experience we had with them when they handled the funeral arrangements for my mother-in-law. As my Mum had passed away a few weeks ago, they went to collect her from the residential home on the same day of her passing. I dealt with a lovely lady called Amy who took all the stress and hassle away from me in handling the funeral arrangements. I really cannot emphasize how important that is. She had remarkable empathy when discussing what I wanted for Mum's funeral. I left their office feeling that a big weight had been lifted off my shoulders. I know that I was in good hands. On the actual day, everything went very smoothly. The coffin and flowers were beautiful. Considering the logistics the service held in one place and the burial at another, Amy and her team were very professional, kind and courteous at all times. A few days after the funeral, I received some flowers from Amy along with a booklet. I was really touched by that. I can safely say that Hollowells are the best in Northamptonshire if you're looking for a friendly, warm and sympathetic funeral director. If I could give them more than five stars on here, I would give them the maximum.
A funeral is a very sad and stressfull time, Hollowells made the whole process extremely easy. From initial contact they were professional, compassionate and efficient. Every minute detail discussed and all wishes were catered for. Would recommend them wholeheartedly. Our thanks to Ann and her colleagues for being amazing.
The service and kind support we received from David Phillips and Hollowell's Funeral Directors was wonderful. Quiet, calm and clear advice and guidance at a difficult time with our every concern addressed. We particularly liked the efficient and accurate Order of Service production and the care taken in is production. I would not hesitate to recommend this Funeral Director to anyone.
Tracey and her team at Hollowells were absolutely amazing......the funeral for my husband Stephen was conducted from start to finish so beautifully, they helped us to make such a very sad day into a beautiful memory. Jamie Edkins the celebrant who conducted the service was fantastic, couldn't have had anyone better, he really listened to all the family input and produced such an amazing tribute. The staff at Beech Avenue were so helpful and patient, and took good care of Steve for us....thank you so much....
