Had a new screen fitted on my granddaughters laptop. Took it in on Tuesday was ready on Friday .The price was reasonable too. Very pleased with the speedy service and the very pleasant and helpful guys there.
I Suggest you don't use this service. i took my PC into the shop as i was getting Blue Screen faults - & the PC eventually wouldn't boot up. The shop is nothing to look at but i expected this from previous reviews. Over a period between November 2018 and early February 2019 they had my PC on three separate occasions. Each time i had no update until i went into the shop to enquire what was happening. I cost me a total of £80 to replace my original old but smart looking case with a tatty piece of c8ap with a new hard drive. It never worked and i've now found approximately 10 years of data has been lost. I now have a new PC and the guy guy who built it for me has recovered some of my original data. He said that he didn't think Jay Complink had any idea. The harddrive he sold me looked second hand and the case / processor he replaced my original with was last marketed in 2009. This after he said mine was too old to find a parts for. They say don't judge a book by the cover but i suggest you take this place on face value. I strongly do not recommend.
The office/shop does not fill you with confidence. It’s scruffy and untidy, however look beyond that and you have a guy who is both communicative and knowledgeable. Took my poorly laptop to him today and within 2 hours, he’d sorted it and at a very competitive price. Wouldn’t go anywhere else in future. Thanks, pal!

Had a problem with my son's laptop it wouldn't start up .it had a virus.the man in the shop phoned me at the end of the day and said it was fixed .amazing
Awesome. These fellas know what they are doing. I have used Complink for many years and they always have provided a solution.
Awful ..ignorant no enthusiasm no eye contact no customer focus skills and being a retail Manager where customers are paramount this was non existent.
Very helpful will definitely be going back for help with my laptop
