Really friendly staff, happy to help and provide advice when required. Ended up spending £60 but felt good about it. Great shop.
My daughter and I called in this store yesterday ,the lovely lady , slightly older staff member, couldn't have been more helpful and knowledgeable.
I put in an order 6 WEEKS ago which included vitamins my Dr asked me to take after finishing a prescription. After chasing up the order I was told it had ‘got lost’ and would be sent again with the ‘fastest delivery’. Over a week and still nothing. Service and communications are shockingly bad - never again.
Usually very helpful staff, but today we had the rudest staff member ever. Never smiled, very unhelpful and rude, ruining the Holland and Barrett good name. She was the younger assistant with all the tatoos, the other slightly older assistant was very nice.
Good range of products and very friendly staff. Actually, they're really funny.
Really helpful and knowledgable staff.
