If you're buying from Holland & Barrett, don't order online as they use Hermes as their parcel carrier and they're really sh*t. I chose next day delivery and it took 2 days for my parcel to arrive. Go to one of their shops and buy in person instead.
I am a regular of Holland and baret but wont be using this particular store no more.condescending Staff speak to you like you are stupid always over complicate things

Great range of products. Well presented. Helpful staff.
The staff are to attentive. They mean well. However there need to help doesn't suit everyone. Personally I prefer to ask them after I have looked around. Not be asked the soon as I walk in and then again by the same assistant 5 mins later. It has a large array of products though.
Went in to purchase some apple cider vinegar. Was served by a lady called Sanam. She provided excellent service going above and beyond what I expected. Will be visiting again. Thanks
at least the miserable older woman who was at the previous premises has left. She was horrible.
Went to pop in to Bradford store was between Costa and the Kirkgate escalator Xmas eve, the shop has disappeared. Google told me it was still open. There is nobody picking up the phone 723289. Good news is I 'discovered' Shipley Health Foods Westgate; friendly staff & a good range.
Good for occasional bargains
