Awful experience. I have been regular shopper of holland and barrett especially in bigger city stores. Went to this store after a long time. Staff looked new but that don’t bother me. I went in with 2 little ones. The first female staff was giving a strange gesture and was turning around every time as to what I was doing with the kids in this store. The kids came to see her mum as she was shopping in the store while we were waiting outside but kids wanted to go in and explore. I also took the liberty to align all the stocking on the shelf which my little one accidentally misaligned as that particular female staff kept giving a silly gesture and looks. I don’t how I kept my tongue and temper under control. Its like what do you expect off kids. The second thing which wasn’t a major drama but would have changed my view of the store was that my little one is going through toilet training sent us alarm for toilet need. I knew it was urgent, otherwise we would end up with a toilet accident in the shop. I asked the second staff lady politely if my kid could use their toilet. I understand that they don’t have customers toilet but they could have exercised their discretion but instead came up with lots of security excuses and pointed me to some shops outside which were pre-dominantly closed.
Went to the Huddersfield store last week and I was very disappointed with my experience. I am a regular shopper at Huddersfield for about 6 years + but oh may the staff keep leaving or changing. There are still a few good staff members there like Jill and Suki I think that's her name, never the less new staff members and the new managers are not very good with their knowledge or customer service. There was one young sweet Asian lad and I'm pretty sure his name was adam he always showed a good attitude towards me as a customer and had great knowledge about the products, he could also deal with a busy store on a Saturday. I havent seen him in a while and it looks like he has left. The company should hire people like adam jill and suki it will help the business grow and give a better customer experience.

Went today to buy something but very disappointed with black rude women who refused to scan item For me make sure about price. And she argued said go check prices what on the selve so never going to back at shop again
