Well located far enough from the main areas to be quiet for a good night's sleep. The hotel was nice, clean and well maintained. We ate at the bar which was a pleasant and the guys were all very helpful and friendly. Breakfast very good, certainly considering the hotel was extremely busy. Again the staff were all very welcoming and helpful with special requests. Certainly be back, 5 minutes from our London office I'm annoyed I hadn't stayed here sooner!

Proper hotel for a city trip or short stay. Rooms are not very sizable, but everything is clean and looks good. Friendly staff and service; I experienced a small maintenance issue in my room but this was solved within minutes upon asking. Public transportation nearby; Underground station around the corner. Recommended when visiting London!

Executive room was great. Clean, well equipped and came with a couple of sweet treats. However I did not like the coffee bags provided. Yuk. Coffee in a tea bag? I get the concept, the taste not so much. A small gripe that doesn’t affect the review. The staff were very friendly and polite. Breakfast was decent, although I didn’t go all out. The location is close to Great Portland Street underground and there a few nice restaurants within walking distance.

A nice hotel 5 minutes walk from Great Portland Street Tube Station, and Oxford Street, with Regents park a further 3 minutes. A large hotel with clean large rooms. The main restaurant is on the 1st floor. Staff are friendly and helpful. Taxi's are frequently outside the hotel. Gym facilities are available. Meeting rooms and conference suite also available.

I can't say a great deal as I didn't stay there, but attended a meeting in one of the conference rooms. Hot drinks, biscuits and bottled water were provided. Leads for showing presentations onto the large TV were also available . Use Great Portland Street underground station and was less than a 10 minute walk.
