Amazing small plates lunch - dog friendly pub just outside of Ramsbottom. Food incredible, whipped goat cheese with pistachio and honey with garlic flatbread delicious . Followed by duck with rosti potato, cod with cabbage in Gochujang sauce, prawns with ricotta and lime, tender stem tempura and amazing dressing. Everyone super. Book your spot. Already planning return visit
Had this place recommended for their Salt & Pepper chips. Had a beer & Latte on arrival - lager was crisp & the Latte a good size. Ordered the sausage roll which I thought very small for price - my wife had had the chicken skewer sandwich which she found fantastic & filling. Deserts were a good size and tasty the ice cream was fresh. Great service & atmosphere with open fire. I sometimes find with tapas places portions very small & pricey as with the Cumberland & chorizo sausage roll.
We shared 5 small plates and all of them were absolutely delicious, the spicy margarita was lovely too.
The food was first class. Unbelievable service and the quality of food was amazing. Definitely be returning to try the rest of the menu. Flat iron steak is a must try with tenderstem broccoli.
