We loved staying here. Clean and comfortable. Room had everything we needed for our stay with lots of little extras like tea and coffee facilities and toiletries. We had a lovely breakfast with lots of options. Nothing was too much for our hosts, they were lovely people. Very warm and welcoming. Highly recommend.
Stayed last night, ran by a lovely couple. 2nd time we've stayed. Very accommodating, as we had to leave early, they made breakfast early for us. If we need a place to stay in Shaftesbury again, we'll be back. ThanksRooms: 5/5
We booked a room at last minute for our weekend and planned for one night. We ended up staying one more night. Diane and Ian are very nice and friendly. Breakfasts were great. There's kippers on the menu as well. Our room is in the front but we didn't hear the traffic though it's near the roundabout. There are earplugs offered anyway. There are tea/coffee/biscuits facilities, hair dryer, full toiletteries in the room. The location is great. You can walk to the town centre in less than 10 minutes. We will definitely stay here again if we go back.
Really enjoyed our night stay at Holbrook. Ian and Diane are very warm friendly caring hosts who ensured we had a comfortable stay. The cooked breakfast in the morning was absolutely delicious which my husband thoroughly enjoyed. I myself had porridge and I'm pleased to say it was the real deal and not add hot water to a pot!! Quite a busy road with some traffic noise, but they did supply earplugs for those sensitive to this noise. Large walk-in shower, good size room and comfortable double bed. I would definitely go back. Extra bonus is the very short walk into the little town of Shaftesbury itself from Holbrook. About 5 minute walk in all. Lots of things to see and do there, and some excellent shops. An absolute must visit is the Reeve bakery....
Well looked after for the two nights we were there. Breakfasts very good. My wife is coeliac and felt very comfortable and had no problems. Highly recommendRooms: 5/5
Diane and Ian are the best hosts you can imagine. Room was nice and tidy. Good location close to several good restaurants. Parking on premise. Breakfast was great with fresh fruit and berries and good hot food cooked to order. Looking forward to visiting again!

Nice comfortable rooms very good breakfast Continental style from a buffet bar, followed by served to table full English or croissants. There is parking off road available. You need to be out of room by 10. Breakfast 9-10.
Diane and Ian were most gracious hosts and made our first ever B & B experience a memorable one. Our room was delightful and very quiet and breakfast was awesome.
