I have been registered with you for 10 years and cannot fault the care we have received from this practice . The receptionist team are always helpful  and dispensary polite and efficient . When I do have to see a nurse or doctor I have always had excellent care. Having worked in general practice all my working life I know how tough this job can be and this is not always acknowledged by our patients. Well done to everyone and thank you

Extremely annoyed with this surgery I have been here for over 20 years, and have had good experiences. Only 3 months ago moved to Sutton bridge, surgery called us up to be told we had to move due to catchment area, I asked because husband has lots of medicals going on due to a serious car crash and lots of other medical stuff going on if we could stay longer just to make it easier for myself and solicitors dealing with his case and so nothing gets lost along the way, initially they agreed providing we don't expect home visits !! that's fine not a problem, this was only a month or so ago. Bearing in mind my husband has TBI so struggles with the admin side of things and the surgery know this. So yesterday receptionist who hasn't been very pleasant in the past quite rudely I might add actually calls me to say we have to move...I said all the above and said she'll have to speak to the GP, phone down in haste. She calls my husband this morning after leaving messages to ring the surgery urgently !!!! which he panics over...to be told he's got 2 months to move...ok I know  I'm moaning but a little bit of humility wouldn't have gone a miss and let us wait until the medicals are over which should by June...to help me and my husband in this difficult time....he has a brain injury....not helpful at all....thank you for adding even more stress to our already over loaded life right now.

Had overall good service from this GP for my own treatment when needed. But very concerning I contact the surgery about concerns regarding my mothers care, the receptionist is adamant an injury or possible broken bone in her foot requires A&E because in her words the surgery doesn’t do X-rays. The injury wasn’t within the last few days, so there’s no need for me to take her to A&E. A simple xray form could be done & it be done as an outpatient or an appointment booked with UTC to get an xray. Why oh why when the NHS are pushing for people not to attend A&E for non-life threatening emergency are the receptionists telling people to go to A&E! More training needed!

I had a really great experience at the Holbeach clinic.the dentist John was professional,gentle and took the time to explain everything clearly which made me feel very comfortable. The staff were friendly and welcoming.
