I had x2 items of furniture delivered today from the stores clearance range. I had been unable to view these items in person as I live in England but I was assured by Hoggs that these Items would be package well for transit and they suggested a furniture courier company to use as the store didn't deliver to my area. I have been very impressed with the whole service, staff have been very helpful and I am thrilled with my new furniture.
Waited 8 weeks for a mattress! We had just moved and were sleeping on an air mattress. My partner has chronic back issues too, and we explained all of this to the salesman. We were clearly in need of a new mattress as soon as possible. We were told it would take 4 weeks which was only mentioned after we paid, but after 6 weeks we heard nothing and had to chase it up ourselves. The mattress had been delivered to store "a while ago" but hadnt been put out for delivery. We didn't get any apologies or explanation for the huge delay. When they finally sent it out they only sent one person to deliver the mattress, which definitely required two people. The mattress itself is great but it was 2 months waiting and following it up ourselves without any apology. Really poor customer care after the money was handed over.
recently bought a bed from hoggs they came in the best quality and at the best price compared to other stores would highly recommend them.
Not very inviting. Only 1/3 of the lights were on when arrived mid morning so you could hardly see where you were going
I am pricing carpets. Expensive ones. Can't get over how low Hoggs quote has been. Excellent!
