Superb service!!! Have just changed to this pharmacy They ordered my prescription for me at the Doctors and had it ready the same day. At a time where pharmacies seem to be struggling really impressed with the service on offer at this pharmacy
Can't believe how much this pharmacy has improved since new ownership. They are very efficient and quick to deliver prescriptions.
Would not recommend as struggle to deliver on time even when you give them a week's notice and today I went for my prescription which doctor sent over last night told them it was for antibiotics and a inhaler took them 10 mins to find the prescription then when I got home they had put in atro gastro tablets in with monorate tablets completely different to my order I rang them and told them and they said sorry but I wasted £4 on bus fare and still waiting for antibiotics to be delivered won't be using them again
A perfect, fast and efficient service. The premises are bright and spacious. All the staff were very polite and knowledgeable.

Truly horrendous service today in the pharmacy. First they said my prescription hadn't been sent over from the doctors surgery. After calling the surgery and confirming it had been sent to the pharmacy they looked again and it was there. Despite having been there for 2 working days it was not ready to be collected and in fact all the items were not in stock. I was asked to return after 4pm when there would have been a delivery. Despite the delivery all items were not in stock after 4pm and they could not say when they would be. They even denied that they had suggested I return after 4pm. The staff were rude and unhelpful and I will not be returning. Oh and on my first visit a man came into the shop with a huge bag of cannabis in his hand so everyone could see and made the whole shop smell of it and the staff did not bat an eye. Bizzare!
Excellent service and electronic prescriptions dealt with and delivered to our home quickly. We certainly made a good decision changing our nominated pharmacy to them. Thank you.
Worst chemist ive ever used , the man pharmacist behind the counter has to be 1 of the most miserable people ive ever dealt with in my entire life. Not willing to help in any sort of way apart from 1 word answers and shrugs , doesnt even have the common decency to smile or have any interest in what questions you have for him. I think he should switch professions or get some anti-depressants 1 of the 2. Real shame because both the ladys are very pleasant. Will never use again , last thing i want first thing in the morning is his poor customer service skills and frown! cheer up eh!
They’re clueless, wouldn’t give me my prescription and told me I had to fill out forms that they couldn’t provide before I could get my prescriptions. In the end I had to get everything sent to another pharmacy because they wouldn’t give me it.
