We wanted to leave our review because we recently had our sash windows and balcony door & windows replaced and were very impressed with the service we received from start to finish. From meeting Jim,Dave and the office staff plus a very competitive price, we felt in good hands. The workmanship was excellent - Chris & Harry turned up on time  and worked throughout the day taking care and showing respect for our home. They were both very professional, polite and courteous and we cannot praise the whole company for an excellent job. Would highly recommend & happy that we made the right choice. Sean & Lee

Hockley windows is a family run company and this says it all. From the moment you call them to completion you are happy all the way through. Nothing is too much trouble. They are friendly and professional at the same time. They have a very high spec products at good prices and I can honestly say this company do not rip you off. We had 2 guys fitting our windows, they turned up everyday on time, explained what they were doing that day, they laid sheets on the floors and they hoovered up after themselves when they finished, what more could you ask for. I honestly cannot recommend this company more. The big boy companies treat you as a number, Hockley windows actually treat you as a friend but in a professional manner.  I will be recommending them and I will be returning. Thank you guys for a excellent job !!

Over the years ive had various companies fit double glazing in different propertis and as soon as theres a problem they take a life time to remedy it or worse still they just ignore you . My son recommende Hockleys,  which i took the plunge, their  whole processess were very profesionaly handed . They have an indepth brochure with everything A rated to the latest standards plus 10 year gaurentee Windows , doors , framing & conservertories against warping and discolouring  plus 10 years for Double glazed units & door panels failures . Found them on Google and phoned for a quote for the piece of glass I needed. Popped in the next day and was served immediately. They charged me more than the quote but only marginally. Staff were nice though

Hockleys have recently replaced 6 leaded windows plus secondary glazing with new units in our 100 year old house. We were most impressed by the friendly and informed people we dealt with and the efficient way the work was carried out. The house is distinctly warmer...and quieter.

Hockleys have just installed a double glazed window in our house, when we found that an old window had been bricked up and plaster-boarded over.  Fantastic experience from the word go.  Phone is always answered. Receptionist is friendly, polite and incredibly helpful Thank you Georgie.  Jimmy came round took thorough measurements, explained the process went away to do the quote, came back to us with the quote which was 'surprisingly' good value I'd been led to believe Hockleys were quite expensive - I'm happy to say - not true!.  The window was installed exactly when they said it would be.  Two installers turned up on time, with the least amount of fuss, installed a tower scaffold to the outside of the house, removed the old bricked-in window - replaced with the new from the inside, made good the surround both inside and out.  EXCEPTIONALLY GOOD WORK.  To say we are pleased with them and their work is an understatement.  Without hesitation I'd use them again. We 100% refer them to anyone needing a Glass / Double Glazing / Window specialist company. It is very refreshing to find a company that 'exceeds' expectation on every level. Thank you.

Upgraded old windows and back door recently with quality replacements from Hockleys , great team , competitive price , would recommend .

They fixed double glazed vent window, within the week. Fitters were very helpful and friendly.  Also having a quote done for some windows and door to the front of the house. They have now completed the windows and door, staff very professional and even pointed out a small crack on one of the windows which they put in, which as promised was changed the following morning.  Excellent service throughout.

Had a porch built by Hockleys, and am very happy with the end result. Very friendly and efficient workers. They were clean and tided up every day. The entire job was well organised, would recommend them and use again.
