Just ordered some flowers for my Mum. The service really couldn't have been friendlier or more helpful. There are some businesses are happy to take your money and provide the service or goods. Then there are some, like Hobo Flowers that go that bit further to make you feel like a valued customer.
From gathering a bit of info about my mum,  sending me a photo of the flowers so I could see what they are like, double checking delivery and finally a promise that she will give my mum a hug from all of us upon delivery. A wonderful service all round.
