The store was fairly busy with no support from any staff.nnI wanted to ask a member of staff for help with a product I was looking for. But there was only one staff member on the floor helping other customers.nnThey mentioned about their shift ending to other customers and they’d need to look for other staff.nnAfter waiting around to be seen I decided to go elsewhere.nnWhy not put more staff on the floor to help customers, this then may help retain customer’s.nnMost likely profit over staffing costs.nnHopefully this isn’t another chain of businesses that crumbles to the waste side.
Good store , staff friendly but didn't seem very knowledgeable,asked about embroidery machine and they suggested I look online as knew nothing about them .but overall comprehensive stock and good
The Hobbycraft shop has some great stock, where I took some time out to build a dessert war diorama, LRDG vehicle, as used, WWII. A great selection of paints, model kits, and scenery items to bring to life the completed model. Great place for artist equipment, etc.
Very helpful and friendly staff. There is so much to choose from. Enjoyed walking around the shop. Gave me lots of ideas for presents.
Very well laid out and a fair range of products. There was a crochet class in progress when we visited and it looked fun. I bought knitting row counters, beads and a kit for a ten year old. We looked at yarn, models, cake decorating supplies, puzzles, and particularly wanted a chess set, but didn't see any.
