I love this store usually when you enter there is a really helpful person on the door to direct you. They have everything you could possibly need and more. If you're not sure they all seem very knowledgeable. I only went in for double sided tape which I usually have to buy online but it was reasonably priced.
A great place to wander around and fire up your imagination, the staff are knowledgeable and willing to help with any query you may have, good products and usually plenty of stock.
Nice store. Has an upstairs as well. Good sale on when i went in. Find everything easily and lots of staff on hand if your stuck

The young assistants on the tills were so friendly and polite. I got everything I needed but I could see that some things were running out. For example, the flower section was small and had empty shelves and I picked up the last birthday bunting with balloons in lilac and pink.
One of the bigger Hobbycraft stores in the local area. The staff are always very helpful and knowledgeable. Several times I've asked staff for their opinions on different resources I could use or on the amounts of each product I need. Always keen to help and hear about your projects. Store is clean and tidy. Aisles are usually kept tidy and clear. Often visited with a pushchair and a friend in a wheelchair and have never had any issues regarding access around the store. Lift has always been in working order. There can be a queue at the moment due to limiting numbers within the store, but the bollards show where to queue and it hasn't been a problem.
Alex is a true credit to Hobbycraft. She never fails in offering exceptional service, and displays extensive knowledge on a range of products- from wood burners to oil paints! Thank you
