I've started my new hobby of painting recently & I've been able to get my paints & supplies easily. The staff have been helpful in answering my questions. I joined the points club & downloaded the app. I've managed to receive good discounts which have helped. Everyone likes to save money, right! I've also ordered online through the app & then collected from the Havant store. It is really easy.
Sewing machine box was damaged so got 10% off.nLots of arts n crafts and choice of fabrics etc. Not always enough staff to help on shop floor so I tend to go early or late so less busy. Baking section is great.
Great selection of items. Halloween crafts look brilliant and even managed to get some neon lights which are hard to find as stand ups. Hoping they have Christmas ones soon
Customer service is generally quite poor. Experienced myself but also sad to hear my mother had a bad experience here recently and was ignored by staff at the till and on the shop floor.
Very friendly and helpful staff. The prices can be a bit high but often you won’t find the stuff anywhere else.
