Wow.. had the good fortune of having your shopfloor assistant 'Chloe' on shift on both our last two visits. Today 19th Nov 24 'Chloe' assisted my wife and i on a selection of Xmas Products we saw originally on-line. She went out of her way to stop what she was doing, took us straight to the product we asked for and offered up some great advice on lines Hobbycraft sell. An absolute credit to your shop, she made our trip all the more enjoyable
Patchy in what it offers. Some great resources. I think the wool section is limited and disorganised. Patterns that are designed for wool that is discontinued. Mixed lots of wool in bins. Very few patterns, especially for crochet.
Date of visit 3/1/17 @ 10:00. Lovely big store with free to use car park. My husband was able to get all he needed to complete his model motorbike. Few shelves a little bare. The lady cashier was amazing, chatty about holidays and collectible pin badges etc. If not for her it would have been 3 star
Very helpful staff, even when they are extremely busy.
Staff here are so polite and helpful. Will be back for sure and love the honesty of the staff. Great selection of bits to browse as well. The shop is so clean and well presented
