HOB Radlett is by far one the best HOB salons I have been to I remain loyal . 

They have excellent talented  staff  , who make you feel really welcome and special every time you walk in. 

They know exactly what hairstyle suits you . The cuts and blow drys are a high quality with great treatments.

The colourists are amazing but especially, Daisy she has a unique eye and a magic touch .

As for hairdressers there are loads I can recommend but Dominic and Danny are fantastic .

Terrible service and the worst hair cut I've ever had. 
The first time I went to HOB I ended up with the top guy there and I thought great! I have very long and difficult hair and I told him I hate is when it's cut one length, I want layers. He ignored that and told me with my type of hair the best thing to do was to have it one length. I protested saying I've had it one length before and really didn't like it but he convinced me with his expertise my hair would look amazing. Long story short it was a horrid boring cut and everyone said it. 

Fast forward 4 months. I always try places twice to give them the benefit of the doubt. 
So my second visit and a younger man this time. I was greeted by a friendly girl at the door who took me over to wash my hair. As it was already wet the guy told her not to bother. This annoyed me a bit as I'm paying for a wash too! She told him he had another client in 30 min. To which I replied "I did book a 1 hour slot as my hair is very difficult", he smirked looked at her saying "it'll take me 20min max", bit rude! 
Anyway I sit down and it's like day java I want layers he wants a straight cut! I insist this time and start showing him some pictures which he completely ignores and doesn't even glance at. Then it gets to my parting which I wear to the side this is where it falls naturally. He wanted to do it in the middle I think it looks silly. So I show him "I part it here". He becomes really obnoxious and snarls "really? what that far over? I think side partings look stupid". Wow!
30 min in to the cut he's realised my hair is difficult and he's starting to rush he keeps trying to part it in the middle and I say 4/5 times not too. In the end It took almost an hour like I said it would. 

This man was so rude, made me feel the way i styled my hair was silly, conversation was non existent, he treated my head like a rag doll and was so far up his own... well you know what! He was bullying towards female staff and spoke down to them and me. To top it all off when I got home and looked in the mirror one side of my hair was a good 2 inches shorter than the other. I was going on holiday the next day so had to fix it in the airport salon which cost lots. 

This is the longest review I've ever done as it reflects the poor treatment I received. 
As a salon you need to be able to cut all types of styles not just the abstract pixie cuts plastered over your website, that's not what the everyday woman has!  I feel this salon needs to think more about customer service, it's about what we want not what you find quick and easy. They also need to address bullying as the younger (more friendly) members of staff were treated poorly. 

I think it's quite clear that I won't be going back.
