My friend and I have just had the most amazing weekend. The settings and gardens are beautiful, which we saw as we travelled around on fabulous electric bikes. Our room was very comfortable, and the staff are so caring, helpful and very attentive. The food is Michelin star quality and so fresh, we enjoyed every meal. The treatments were the best we have had, so we came home fully relaxed. The improvements made have definitely made this the very best spa we have ever been to. Well done to all the management and staff for making our stay perfect!
Hoar Cross Hall Spa is nothing short of a paradise, offering a perfect blend of luxury, relaxation, and outstanding service. From the moment we arrived, we were treated to an exceptional experience that left us completely unwound and rejuvenated. The outdoor spa area is absolutely stunning—a true oasis that could easily have been transported straight from Ibiza. The serene ambiance, coupled with the beautifully designed pools and lounging areas, made it the ideal place to relax and soak in the surroundings. It was an experience of pure bliss, whether basking in the sun or enjoying the warm waters. The treatment staff deserve the highest praise. Both my partner and I indulged in two massages each, and every session was simply excellent. The therapists were highly skilled, attentive, and ensured that we were completely relaxed throughout. By the end of our treatments, all the stress and tension had melted away, leaving us in a state of perfect tranquility. A special mention must go to Ian at reception. His ultra-professional demeanor put us instantly at ease, and his warm, welcoming attitude set the tone for our entire stay. Not to mention, Ian's fabulous beard was truly a sight to behold—easily the best we've seen in some time! Our dining experience at the restaurant was made even more memorable by Max W. His attitude and energy were out of this world, making our meals not just delicious, but also incredibly enjoyable. Max's enthusiasm and attention to detail were second to none, adding an extra layer of delight to our visit. Overall, Hoar Cross Hall Spa exceeded all our expectations. It's a place where luxury meets relaxation, and where the staff go above and beyond to ensure a memorable experience. We can't wait to return!
We had a fantastic day spa visit at Hoar Cross Hall! From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. A special shout-out to Kitty at breakfast – she went above and beyond to make sure my vegan girlfriend had plenty of tasty options. Kitty’s kindness and attention to detail really made our morning special, and we appreciated it so much. The spa facilities were top-notch, and the beautiful surroundings added to the relaxing experience. We can’t wait to come back!
This was a great experience. The food in the hotel was lovely, although extras were a little price. The room had ample space and was comfortable, we had to leave windows open as it was quite warm. Spa was mostly it good working order just a little tired in some areas, the new terrace was beautiful. The therapist for the full body massage was great at listening to concerns and made the experience relaxing.
Have visited the day spa at Hoar Cross a number of times which has been well reviewed. But the addition of the outside terrace is a game changer. Visited on our anniversary which coincided with a rare lovely day this summer. The outside terrace and loads of beds to relax, hot tubs and the usual good service. There's also a sauna and plunge tubs which are very much colder than the one indoors...cant wait to go back
My favourite spa! The new outdoor area consisting of outdoor pools, sauna, bar, cabana area etc is a fab addition to the spa offering. Treatment was spot on too. Only downside was the wait for additional drinks and food during the day not lunch, which we know others also complained about but it didn't hinder our day too much. Can't wait to come back and will definitely stay next time!
Spa Twilight experience. £60 per person 6-9.30pm. We visited on a Wednesday evening it wasn't to crowded at first glance it was beautiful but then you notice the cracked floors 1 jacuzzi out of order and a leaking roof. I dropped 1 star for this. It didn't spoil our fun but needs addressing. Nice touches with jugs of chilled water and plenty of chilled areas. Changing rooms were spacious & clean with lots of hairdryers and body lotion shower gel and shampoo. The included meal was wonderful chicken and wild rice with mushrooms and brandy sauce. Be careful water, drinks, sides, and desserts all charged extra.
Lovely day experience with the girls. The staff were really nice and accommodating. We enjoyed our yoga class, aromatherapy as well as our sleep room on a warm water bed. To top it off with a three course meal which was delicious and the waitress Elicia was the best. Thanks for your service and we highly recommend. Booked for a relaxing overnight stopover and got to say it was absolutely amazing. The hotel is superb due to the spa and food. We booked a one night spa break and this included three course dinner, breakfast, lunch and a full day spa access. The food was absolutely delicious and a wide choice on the menu. The room was perfect for a one night stay and a very comfortable bed. Would suggest booking direct with the hotel rather than through a third party as we had a small issue with check in but credit to the hotel staff they dealt with it swiftly. Food & drinks: The spa breaks menus are superb - highly recommend the Fillet Steak
What can I say. I have been to lots of spas and this is by far superior to the rest! From the grand entrance to the small details, nothing was out of place. The hotel is beautiful and in such picturesque surroundings. The Spa reception is like a waiting room for heaven. The fact that there are so many amazing activities, such as axe throwing trainers needed. And the facilities were great. The Spa is like a dream 2 indoor pools and lots of facilities. Beautiful sleep and relaxation rooms and everything smells like a spay of Blossom! So relaxing. The out door Spa is exquisite and so perfectly put together. The beds are comfortable and plenty of places to sit and chill. The 3 Spa pools are comfortably heated, although on a hot day, they would be more comfortable turned down to a cooler temp but they are still very enjoyable. I can imagine in winter the pools would be amazing! The design and layout is beautiful and decor exquisite. Food was delicious and very high quality. Also, make sure you pop to the back for a drink on the terrace overlooking the stunning gardens and scenery. This is the best place I have ever visited and I believe it is extremely good value for money. It was like being on holiday. Came away so relaxed and invigorated! Thank you!
