Having read some other reviews on this take away I was a little apprehensive ordering from here but went along for a look inside before making up my mind to order. You can see right into the kitchen and the food being cooked. It looks clean and bright. The lady behind the counter who took my order was friendly despite being busy. Payment options are cash or credit card. Food was ready in a reasonable amount of time so no complaints here. Salt and pepper ribs are recommended as is the chicken satay. Prices are in line with any other take away. No complaints about portion size, quite decent. Quality leave no cause for complaint either. I'll be back! Parking: Easy street parking
Had Take Away this evening. They were very busy but there is no excuse for bad food. Our Chicken Kung Po and Thai Sweet Chicken. Terrible, the worst ever both of our meals. The Fried Rice was very average. Definitely not cooked fresh. Should have taken it back and got a refund. Will never go there again. Would not recommend it at all.
Very friendly atmosphere. The waiter manners are high standard. Food nice,fresh and hot. Very big portions. 15.90€ three course menu until 7.30 pm.

Order from ho wun all the time but the last few times I’ve ordered been very disappointing. I always order a spice bag with honey sauce they have now started charging extra for the honey sauce on top which I don’t mind paying but the fact that the spice bag does be dry it’s disappointing especially when I’m paying the extra for the sauce. Won’t be ordering again I’ll be bringing my business else where :
Hello, I had a horrible experience with them: 1. Forgot to put one pack with rice, discovered only at home 2. Sweet and sour chicken was full with vinegar 3. Chicken with mooshrooms was absolutely tasteless....
I am sorry to say it but we are very disappointed in food quality from Ho wun,first of all I want to complain about strong taste of vinegar in my sweet and sour chicken, also that staff forgot to add a rice paid in our order, but added generously yellow prawn crackers which you can obviously see has been prepared in over used and frying oil. I understand it's not so easy to find good / satisfactory Chinese take away but if "Ho wun" would offer meal on them.free of charge ,sorry but I would not be in for this "treat". all the best wishes and a huge room for improvement. Had the chicken in pineapple last night sauce was horrible chips were burnt like why do yous reheat chips till there brown? seriously stomach was not great after! Wont be going back.
After a joyful evening...drinking with my friends in Leixlip... I was sooo hungry...and this perfect takeaway place is just exactly what you need... I had Yong Chow fried rice... Really quick and good taste...
