Tried ho wah after our usual takeaway had problems with pests, very disappointed food was wishy washy and not what we ordered. Won't be ordering again

Not a bad little takeaway. The food is pretty good and just hits the spot as an occasional treat. The portions are a decent size and suitably priced. The service itself is nice and the premises has always appeared clean. One problem that we have had with the service is that each time we order a delivery they tell us it will be there in 45 minutes, yet  the actual time ranges from 15 minutes to nearly an hour. Three of my favourite things would be - Sweet and Sour Chicken Balls - Salt and Pepper Chips - Beef Curry.

First time using this takeaway. A freind told us about it. Absolutely outstanding food. Quick delivery. And good prices. Definitely will be back

We regularly have delicious meals delivered from Ho Wah.we have never been disappointed! Every time the food is delivered as hot as can be, freshly cooked, high quality meat and veg and so very tasty! I think I've tried everything on the menu now and it's all delicious. The pricing and service are all spot on!  Tonight's prawn dish prompted me to leave a review as it was full of big fresh juicy prawns, and arrived within 20 minutes! We are very happy customers and recommended it to all my friends and family!

Ordered food and was told 1.5hrs for delivery. Fine by me, I could have a bath and get settled down. 2hrs later no food  I was just about to ring to cancel when there was a knock on the door, finally my food had arrived and I was now quite hungry.......... soggy chips and no way was this special chow mein, cold prawns and noodles and as for meat........ there was none. Straight in the bin it went.  Never again Ho-Wah.
