Visited the new store today, looks amazing spacious has some pinball and such cool things especially for young and old collectors love the the whole vibe of the place. The only downside is going to be my bank balance the kids love it has all thier favorite things so will definately be a regular returning customer. Staff were super friendly and it has a lift so definitely wheelchair friendly glad to see it return in a big way to our town as it seemed wrong not to visit when it the old shop shut. Great job with the look The mystery boxes are a great touch
Nice to have a place to buy quirky stuff as well as music. They are occupying very large store and could have way more merchandise. I often take the kids there just to look around what they have. Kids enjoy the free games while I look around. Some of their stuff is expressive though as you can find out for half the price in the county mall. But since stuff they have no one has. So it's still worth poping in.
They didn't have what I wanted. The film categories were very varied, but not clear. I feel they could have fitted more into the space.
A calm and relaxed environment for window lookers and shoppers alike. This store offers all the blessings of popular culture and it has almost all the accessories related to popular culture.
Great to see HMV back in Crawley. Loads of vinyl records and merchandise.
My daughter loves it, all I can see is the dirt on the escalator, it's filthy and could do with a good clean. The lift never works access to the store for the disabled is very difficult, if you're a wheelchair user there is no access at all!
Lots of options in TV, films, music everything. Sometimes live music here. Got records from here. Arcade machines with free games to play
Not your typical HMV. Merchandise far outweighs dvds/blurays in a very spacious store. Staff were friendly enough.
It is nice to see a vinyl / CD outlet in the town again. Although much of the space which is huge is given over to stuff I would not be interested in personally. Things like t-shirts, film/TV and figures etc
A fair range of products, which seem to be increasing. They have boxsets, Manga Stuff, records, cd's, Comic books and Manga models and pop funk. There are even 3x arcade machines to keep the kids happy whilst you are browsing. Staff seem knowledgeable and friendly.
