Sadly learned that this place is closing down. It is a great HMV to buy vinyl and other music/DVDs, etc. I am going to miss it. The staff are great and I can always find something to buy in here.
Great selection of music downstairs and the vinyl section is good too, catering for most tastes from metal to dance and pop.
Be great if anybody EVER answered the phone in this store. Been trying for over 3 hours today to no avail so have to physically go to store in Soton all way from Fareham on the off-chance. Not happy!
I gave a 4 star only because when it comes to reggae the vinyl selection is really very small.

This store is awesome has every bit of music and dvd you want.
It's basically the only place that I know in Southampton where you can still purchase non-chart CD's over the counter. They do make you pay for the privilege though, £2 more for the CD I bought than Amazon wanted. It has to be a very special CD for me to visit.
Well layed out store good selection of films /tv and music
Good range and reasonably priced. Store now permanently closed.
