Staff were fine in the shop but ordered a turntable online on the 24/12/2021 for click and collect and still haven't managed to get it despite numerous emails back and forth which tbh I may as well have sent via written letter given the speed HMV reply to them. Shocking customer service from a company of their stature.

Probably some of the most knowledgeable staff in the business, they know a high amount about music and their store too. One of my favourite places to shop for music and film. Great HMV store, one of the best and well run one too.
Cannot fault this store at all always greatly stocked and staff and security staff are amazing 100% well done to all they deserve a pay rise
