Come here regularly to purchase Blu-rays and 4K UHD Blu-rays. Staff always friendly and happy to help. Nice film and TV selection as well as CDs, T-shirts, books and other merch. Only complaint is some of the slipcovers on movies are damaged. Otherwise a great shop!
We were fortunate to meet a band show during our late night walk in the mall. It made our night a splendid one. Thanks HMV!! Lovely place to get all your hard copy music including afropop, saw a few Davido and Burna Boy Cds, I'm sure there were more I didn't see cause i was busy dancing
Having been a customer for 40 years plus, I'm glad that HMV are back in business and seem to be doing well. Only 4 stars due to some high vinyl pricing and the generally poor quality of record players offered.
Definitely going back , hmv is placed in an amazing location, staff are incredible and great help from them, amazing selection of funko pops , vinyls, t shirts, bags, food ect
It's a really good store with quality clothing and merchandise, the prices are pretty good and overall I recommend.
A good sized store with music and video choices from every decade, genre and style you can think of. The store was really clean and well laid out making for a relaxed shopping experience.
Well, I used to like it a lot, but I have become older, and most of the stuff they are selling now, is not really my cup of tea.
Great to see a physical music shop, a depressingly rare site these days. Good range of CDs and Vinyl. Some decent prices too, showing you don't have to just shop on line.
Rick and Morty! Harry Potter! DC! Marvel! Movies are in ground floor. Basically people do not go to the first floor. It is the heaven of music fans! Vinyl and CDs. My only place in newcastle to buy comic book and T -shirt. Surprise discount sometimes came out. Keep your eyes open. You could get some nice staff!
This once amazing music store is in need of a complete revamp. The music playing is very loud. Although there is a new addition with local talent taking up residence and offering free concerts at least on a Saturday. Great place if you’re looking for a variety of music.
