HMV is great for any entertainment. I like browsing through the Vinyl records and the movies here and they have a decent selection. The record area is pretty big with most genres and some obscure bands that wouldn't be in most shops. I wish they had a larger selection of 4k blu rays but the selection is still pretty decent.
My 10 year old was shouting look daddy Hmv it’s open ! It’s a part of our history & I love it keeps me young happy memories! They have lots to choose from , amazing gifts ! Staff are very helpful customer service is amazing ! Long live HMV love it when they have bands there ! Plenty of space to walk round upstairs & down stairs !
They had everything and more,the guy who served us upstairs was so nice and friendly,he told us about the deals on books which was really helpful,a lovely clean shop too, brilliant xx
I used to frequent here much more often when CDs used to be 2x for £10, and generally just cheaper like everything else — but considering its size in comparison with the Manchester HMV, it has a lot of great, and varied stock. The staff are usually quite nice, and helpful too — The t-shirts sold here can occasionally be of interest also. Just a shame how we’re moving so far away from physical media that stores like these are practically doomed, and you can buy a lot of this stuff online for cheaper from elsewhere
What a hidden gem this store is. Compared to other hmv's ive visited this is the best. So much choice within the tshirts, all the collectibles and the comic books. Really enjoy visiting this store.
The lady was rude at the counter to me and I asked for 3 vinyl sleeves and I got 1 I want compensation for this.
Good enough to find rock or heavy metal records, unfortunately not enough for the collectors and people who want to build their vinyl collection .
Staff are wonderful and helpful. Always find what we come in for.
Have a lot of excellent products with different sales every month so you can grab a bargain and willing helpful staff that can help find what you are looking for
