Friendly and helpful staff who helped me search out the vinyl album I was after. The only downside is that they are still selling PVC album sleeves. See the BBC archive report on the damage they do to vinyl. I.e. vinyl rot.

The store is lovely and spacious, clean with lots of products. The reason for 3 stars is because the sales person closely followed our family as we were trying to look around. I made me feel quite uncomfortable. I didn't like the feeling of being monitored and treated suspiciously.
I come regularly to this HMV and love looking at the albums! everytime I come in I have seen Sky working she is super helpful and friendly! She helped me purchase some tshirts and kpop calendars and spoke to me about the products and she recognised me from before! Thank you sky for all your help!!
