A small fairly cozy Italian restaurant with very friendly staff. We went there for dinner and enjoyed our time there. Staff are very helpful and would do their best to accommodate your dietary requirements. We had seafood soup, pizza and some starters - all were very fresh and tasty. The bread is amazing. I am not a big fan of glass tables. The chairs are ok, but not super comfortable. It is a fairly small place, so good for couples and small groups of people.
Very disappointed with the service. The server was very rude from the start. She was trying to tell my family what they can and can’t wear in the restaurant. Was hovering around me while I was with children honestly I felt so uncomfortable. I declined to pay the optional service charge as I felt that her attitude was off from the start. To my horror she flipped out, tried to force me to pay it and when I refused she started telling me to clean up and was having a go at me. The when I was trying to leave after paying the bill she kept following right behind me out the door to try to intimidate me and my family! I am disgusted and honestly this women was the worst I have come across in a long time. Avoid at all costs and save yourself the time and money on people that do not value their customers.
This is our alll time favourite Chinese restaurant and takeaway. The food is always delicious and arrives piping hot. We always get the Salt and Pepper ribs, Duck pancakes and the shredded spicy chicken and all are out of this world. Stella and her husband are so wonderful and even hosted my partners birthday dinner. It was magic. Can’t recommend enough!
Really good food and the lady that serves is very nice. Went a couple of times and will definitely go back. The baos and the duck are recommended
I think this deserves 4 stars. We went here on a Friday for a night out, apart from our table of 5, there was only another table of 2 people, so the atmosphere was pretty dead. Maybe it was due to the Summer holidays. The starters were very good, especially the seafood spring rolls. The mains were alright, apart from the Crispy Chili beef, which was over done, too crunchy and looked old. The service was attentive and friendly. Would we go back, yes but wouldn't order the chili beef again.
Very nice, family-run Chinese place just off Abbey Road. The owner is a really friendly and talkative lady. The food was excellent. Highly recommended.
I call this marvelous restaurant every couple of days since I enjoy the ambiance that is part of this restaurant. The crew is awfuly attentive and skilfull. The service is deeply quick. Most important, the food you eat is highly distinguished. I have been there many times and I was always happy. The pay is fair. I highly recommend this place to to all.
The food is good but not great. The duck in the chow mein was dry but the portions are generous. I think the score would have been higher if we didn't have to wait exactly an hour when we ordered early 6.20pm. Our order was very small two startera two mains. We were told in advance though which was appreciated. We were also over charged a pound, the pricing is slightly inflated already. Phone service and delivery driver was very polite and friendly.
We really wanted to love it after reading some of the comments here but were disappointed! We ordered some take-away and when we arrived at home we found not very well cooked pork we even wondered how fresh it was to be honest and not so tasty rice! Too bad I would have loved to have a great Chinese place in the area.
Food was so delicious, vegetables were very fresh and cooked perfectly. Spring rolls were home made and just awesome. I am very fussy about food but have to say I loved the all the veggie dishes I ordered. Service was wonderful too.
