I ordered a roller banner for a work event. After the event I went to pack the banner away and it separated from the base. I emailed Hippo Print and no response. I ring them up and was told the email service was down. I explained the situation what happened with the banner and was assured another would be printed and sent to me. I stated the urgency of receiving the banner before the next event we were hosting and was assured it would be sent in time. 3 weeks later still nothing...... terrible service.
Excellent quality and highly professional service. Printed and delivered my stickers to London within 24 hours of placing an order. Immediately re-sent me new stickers by the next day when I reported that some were improperly cut.
Needed some last minute printing and they didn’t disappoint managed to make a 100 cards for a wedding within the hour. Great service and reasonable prices.
WOW - What service! Emailed my artwork at 12.30pm. Received my new banner before 24h had elapsed. Hippoprint demonstrate what's possible in customer service and with a quality product to match.
The first time I used Hippo Prints I needed a fast turnaround and they did the job and delivered great. The second time I requested a job for next day delivery, the delivery turned up 5 days later, the promotional flyers were rendered useless, I accept Hippo Prints apology and full refund. It was apparently because the parcel delivery company was overrun by black Friday and they were responsible for the failure to deliver.
I recently got an A1 poster printed with Hippoprint for university which I desperately needed urgently. Very impressed with their service, very quick and professional! The quality and finish of the poster is amazing and I would highly recommend them!
Absolutely spot on - checked my uploaded file, kept me updated throughout the ordering / preparation process and, most importantly, delivered when they said they were going to! The stickers were good quality, well-printed and consistent. Thanks from Rat Race Cycles!
I sent my documents to print 20 minutes after the next day deadline and my artwork was the wrong size and hippoprint still managed to get my leaflets printed on time. Fantastic customer service and I would recommend to any organisation who regularly leave their printing too late!
I especially rang the company and was told the print job would still arrive next day, even if I would send the artwork by 5pm. However it never arrived on time! When I flagged the issue with the company, nothing was done, no refund, nothing, Really bad service.
Needed T-shirts printed ASAP, Gemma spoke to me on the phone, and couldn't be more helpful. Possibly the best customer service I've experienced in a long time. Thank you
