Rang up asking if they had any 16inch alloys as I only needed one, they told me they only have a set. I asked for a picture they told me I’d have to drive down to view even though it was an hour drive away, got there on my spare tyre so by time I got there I needed one of the alloys on there and then I’d have found other ways to get home if I knew they were the wrong size, they were nice enough to fit it for me. However, they failed to notice I had 16 inch alloys on and I was buying 17 inch which they told me were 16 inch when I rang up originally and when I arrived i was then driving around over the weekend with a different sized alloy with my kids in the car not even realising, I messaged for an explanation and the person who sold me them didn’t even apologise just put all the blame on to me making out like he said they were 17inch, they definitely didn’t as I’d previously rang 5 different places looking for 16 inch and wouldn’t risk driving around with different sized alloys especially collecting them from an hour drive away. Was also told there was caps for the alloys which turns out, there wasn’t. Over all I appreciate the help of the alloy putting on so I could get home however I’m disgusted by them telling me the wrong size then all the blame was put on me to cover their own backs. Wouldn’t go again; i recommend if you’re going as a woman with little knowledge of cars then take a man who knows what they’re on about, wouldn’t trust these again.
I was ripped off by these crooks, they sent a part that arrived smashed. They told me it was insured but over 6 months later i am still owed £270. Fobbed off, messed around and lied to by both father and son.
Fantastic, helped out with a steel rim i needed and it came with a tyre. Very reasonable price . Thanks
Excellent staff very helpful they kept my little Yaris repair budget on target.
