Small rooms. Shower hose leaking. Old tv with no usb connections for charging. Forgot adapter but at least had a 110v outlet in the bathroom. Carpet next to the bed had a big liquid stain. Lamp table was dirty with some type of oil residue. Vent and surrounding area is dusty. Closet had paint coming off.
The mixology is great with fresh food served whole day long. The pleasant was relaxing too. Loved it.
Extremely old non maintained room and bathroom.Not near 4 star hotel at all. No mini bar. Air-conditioning not working properly. Bathroom set up only for one person shampoo,soup,conditioner etc.. Very annoying creaky floor.Perfect breakfast and staff .
Nice food but expected more. Everything else was what you would expect from top restaurant.
My go-to hotel with the right mix of character and location. It's not too close to tourist attractions but is close to an Underground stop with great connections to nearly anywhere. It isn't fully modern but has enough to be comfortable. You could go elsewhere but you'll definitely pay more for the same.
We've had a stay there and really enjoyed it. Great food and friendly service. Would like to recommend.
We got a double deluxe room. It was pretty small but still nice. There are stairs inside it though which does get annoying at times. The breakfast is really good and has a delightful atmosphere.
Quaint older building with adequate rooms. Bed was comfortable. We stayed over Christmas and although staff was friendly and attentive they did not pay attention to detail. Restaurant buffet breakfast and dinner was good and offered plenty of variety. I would stay here again because of the location.
