Perfect stay at a unique hotel - to be able to stay in a room overlooking the Old Trafford cricket pitch is pretty special. Room was immaculate and the staff were so helpful. Big thank you to Ian for making a birthday stay that extra bit special, very thoughtful and excellent guest care. The location was really convenient for public transport near the tram stop. Breakfast was good quality and the small fitness centre had enough equipment for a light workout. Would recommend and return in future. Thank you
My wife and myself stayed 2 nights after coming down from Scotland for a concert. Room was excellent - spotless, big screen TV, comfy bed and a small fridge. Bathroom looked as if it had just been upgraded. Top notch breakfast and the bar was a pleasant place to chill.out. All members of staff we came into contact with could not have been more pleasant and helpful. Excellent hotel that we would strongly recommend to everyone. Would definitely come back.
Absolutely brilliant hotel, visited to watch the cricket. Free parking, great access to the ground. The rooms are great and well equipped. Extremely comfortable and quiet. Friendly staff and a decent bar. The breakfast was top not, great choice and lovely food. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend, even if not staying for the cricket as the tram line into Manchester is only a 2 min walk away.
Absolutely Amazing Stay in an incredibly clean room with all the necessities. We had booked a standard room and once we had let Bradley know it was my partners birthday he went above and beyond to put us in genuinely the best room in the hotel. Bradley put us in a top floor, balcony room, not only being in the top corner, but the top corner of the cricket stadium where some action was on display! Can’t thank Bradley enough honestly it made all the difference for the weekend away. Room 517. The Bradley Suite.
I had a 1 night stay due to work. Free gated parking which was reassuring being in a new area. My room was clean, spacious and the bed was comfortable. Bathroom looked recently renovated and loved the shower gel provided. Breakfast was also included, in the lovely well lit restaurant on the 1st floor and tasted good. Bar staff were particularly friendly and helpful on my visit. Noteworthy details: Remember to validate parking before you checkout
Stayed for one night on business and couldn't fault the room personally. I'm a light sleeper but had no problem falling asleep and staying asleep. Room had a balcony overlooking the cricket ground. Breakfast was only £10 when added on at check-in and there was a good mix and quality of food with decent coffee. Rooms: Quiet, nice shower, Smeg fridge and kettle, good size desk and TV
Not a bad hotel but some unfortunate events lead to a lower rating. Had to park in old Trafford stadium which was about half a mile away, as the hotel parking was being used for a concert - this wasnt really a bother but should be taken into consideration if that's an issue for anyone! There was a fire alarm during the evening of my stay which meant we had to wait outside for an hour which wasn't great but at least the weather was nice! And finally the bed was very creaky and the mattress was very hard. Breakfast and the pitch side room were the best part of the stay but wouldn't go out of my way to stay there again
Staying here for the first time. Absolutely amazing place!! Fantastic room, everything clean and nice. Staff is more than kind and always there to help. Breakfast is full of choice, fresh and you can come anytime from 6 to 10. I will be back :Rooms: 5/5
I have stayed in over 100 hotels, including more than 30 Hilton properties. I found this one to be the best, especially because of Ian at the front desk and manager Bradley. They knew I had twins and took great care of us, providing clear explanations. Bradley was very understanding of my inconvenient situation and personally assisted me. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time.
Stayed here one night, what a lovely hotel! Easy to access, close to the tram station so it’s easy to go to the city centre. The receptionist guy, Ian Senior, was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good with lots of food selection. Will be back!Rooms: 5/5
