Had to have my gums cleaned by the hygienist and it has been a dreadful experience. The suction machine did not work properly it kept stopping and I had to hold it myself when the drill was used to clean my teeth and gums. As result of this gushes of water were spilling all over my neck and clothes and had to go home soaking wet. The hygienist kept drilling even as my mouth a d throat were filling up with water nearly choking, had to spit it out in the sink several times. Never again! I was charged £45 which I intend to claim back!

Had a wisdom tooth extraction today with a female dentist. She was warm, compassionate and very professional. The procedure was completely pain free and I felt in control at every step. I arrived 30mins early for my appointment because I was in the area and I was seen to and finished before my actual appointment came around. The only downside to this place is that they are made to work in glorified cupboards so it is a little bit cramped but the staff battle on and provide amazing service.

Arrived 30 mins early for full consultation, after waiting for over 1 hr 30 mins, the xray machine would not work so i ended up wasting my time and on top of that the staff didn't even seem compassionate with an apology. Very unprofessional environment, eating in office and vulgar behaviour

Had massive issue with them regarding fees as they over charged me last year and would not accept their mistake. I had to make numerous phone calls to resolve the issue.
