Have previously been buying online, with free delivery. First time in shop, wonderful range of high class meat, trimmed and prepared to perfection! V helpful and friendly staff. Shop also bulging with amazing locally produced jams, chutneys, marmalade and bakery goods and fresh fruit and veg! Great visit 10/10, can't fault this business!!
We have been buying their fabulous, fresh and tasty products since we moved to Northern Ireland just over a year ago. They never disappoint and are among the best we have ever tasted - the sausages, sausage rolls, stuffed pork loins, chicken, etc We tried one of their turkeys yesterday for our Christmas dinner and out of thousands and thousands of turkey dinners we have had in our lifetime all around the world in restaurants, pubs, private homes, our own home, etc this turkey was - hands down - the best one ever! It was SO moist with little to no fat left on, so tasty - I honestly cant even fully describe just how good it was! From the moment we cut into it and the knife just slid through the meat so easily, we knew it was going to be fabulous! The family that owns this farm is the absolute best as well - so receptive and friendly and even when a small mistake has been made on our order, its rectified on the next delivery with no problems We consider ourselves so fortunate that we have such a world class provider of farm fresh quality products and produce right in our area, that deliver straight to our door They deserve every bit of business they get A very Merry Christmas to all of you!

A friend took me there for breakfast. The food was good, prices were reasonable, and the staff were friendly. The farm shop has a great range of local produce. It's also not too far off the beaten track.
I've been trying to get in touch with someone at Hillstown about an order of meat I placed online. It arrived to me warm, with just one melted ice sheet, so I couldn't use the meat. I have since sent 2 emails and a message via their website requesting a refund but have had no reply. I don't like leaving negative reviews but feel quite disappointed on this one. If someone could contact me to sort this out it would be appreciated. Update: thank you for your response. If you could email me directly that would be great. My order number was 11035.
honestly the best chicken I've ever bought, decent price the mince was really good too.
Excellent quality, good value, free range chicken and pork. The shop is clean and pleasant and they also deliver. Looking forward to trying some of the beer fed steaks in my next order. Highly recommmended.
Placed online order for first time. Delivery arrived promptly. Really well packaged, everything was still chilled. Really excellent quality. Will definitely be ordering again.
Bad experience. I ordered £130 of a variety of steaks etc. Some of the beef fillets received were 1/4 inch thick and bright red in colour-- rather like braising steak. I emailed them to suggest that a mistake had been made but was told by the operations manager that it was due to the butcher and the variety of meat!! Who cuts fillet 1/4 inch thick? My further emails were ignored and I left as a very unhappy customer.
Called in here for the first time yesterday for breakfast with my two young kids and it couldn't have been better. Breakfast menu isn't huge, but I got a fry and my kids shared the pancakes and both were excellent. The fry was high quality and well cooked unlike a lot of other local options. The staff were helpful and accommodating. They support local producers in the shop, so this place really has a lot going for it. I was in on a Friday morning and it was fairly quiet which helped. I'll be back.
