want to be over charged go here they charge volvo customers double the labour rate under the fact they have a volvo master tech working on there car when truth is he left over 2 years ago. its a fake volvo garage that rips you off. jason cornish just found out they hard way what a rubbish garage hillside is .as well as shoddy work jason bet you got overcharged

I thought I was building a great relationship with this garage, offering service and repair work on both my cars, my inlaws cars and my company van, I was annoyed recently when they gave the van a brake service but failed to screw the caliper plate back into place but I allowed them to advise me that it wasnt dangerous and that they had sorted it, so when my sprung suspension on my Citroen C5 started to rumble I took it straight to them, after leaving it for a while I returned to be advised that they couldnt find a fault and that as my suspension was so complicated they didnt wish to start removing things at great cost to me. They advised to leave it to develope. I drove the car for just short of a week and couldnt stand the noise anymore, I went back to them to be advised that they didnt really want to start playing with it as this complicated suspension could cost me loads of money. I advised that i thought it was a anti roll bar or a bush, they simply advised that it was too complicated for them. I went to another garage in Brighouse that confirmed my suspicion that is was in fact an anti roll bar. They advised replacing both and couldnt understand what the garage found so complicated as its a standard set up, no hydraulics in sight!. The total cost to me £66! from Brighouse MOT and Clutch Centre . Hillside you didnt compress the the suspension at the rear to find the fault and that is the daft mistake that has lost you 5 or more cars business going forward, a lack of a competent mechanic will be your downfall. Sorry.

Can't praise highly enough. Thank you Joan for your advice and assistance in getting my latest car. Your help was very much appreciated. Have recommended you to family and friends (and I don't do that lightly). Hoping this car lasts me a while but, when I am ready to get another, I hope you are still around to help me.
