Shop local they say. Why when you get the rudest, most unfriendly customer service I think I have ever come across. No hello, no please, no thank you. I was polite so why couldn't you be? Its not rocket science. I am so sorry to disturb you playing snooker on your computer. I will never ever go back in that shop. It's been 2 weeks since and I am still fuming. How/why does the shop keep trading? Minus 10 stars......
Been in a few times now but that's it. Possibly the rudest man I've had the misfortune of coming across. No hello, no please, no thank you, carries on looking at his computer until ready then looks up as if you're disturbing him. Looks at you like you've just asked him to explain the theory of relativity for something simple and if he doesn't have what you're after just a short curt "no". Appalling customer service!
I recently dropped off my hoover as it had stopped working, I asked a member of staff to call me before any work was carried out as I wasn’t sure if the item was worth repairing. When I phoned to see if they had discovered what the problem was I was told it had already been repaired. I returned to collect my hoover and was charged and extortionate £25 to just replace a plug and for an additional service I did not ask for.
I can't give zero stars, so they get one. This shop does not do customer service! In all my 70+ years I have never met such a rude shop owner. By the way, if you buy anything from here and I don't recommend it keep your receipt because they can't be bothered looking back in their records for a purchase.
Bloody awful customer service, this shop is let down by the owner who is unfriendly and obviously hates everything. Will never go back again
Had a problem with a broken washing machine, gave me very helpful advice which now means it can be fixed for a fraction of the price.
Very friendly. Also offer bulb recycling service for free.
Very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.
