I think the council overall is pretty good, but it's some of their employees that let the council down. Rubbish collection operatives can't be bothered to do it properly, bags get ripped open by them, and then they leave the mess behind. So my neighbours rubbish gets strewn on my driveway, and I have to clean it up. This was Friday 22 Dec at 12pm.
I would to say that last three days i tried to connect with council team member. But they are very not supportive and kind. They haven't recieveing calls and they are pretending everytime. As well as they are not able to helping us for our confusion.
Difficult to find based on the postcode. Security is slightly abrupt. Didn't fully explain what they were doing. Other members of staff were polite and professional.
The building entrance is not marked correctly here. Thanks to that we arrived a few minutes late because we had to walk all the way around to explore where the entrance could be and had to rebook our appointment and pay again. Their staff is absolutely not interested in any discussion. I would never send anyone home for being a few minutes late and I work in customer services. We didn’t arrive late for the appointment, but didn’t know we needed another 30 minutes to find how to get in
Was here for the Citizenship ceremony. The ceremony was very well organised. Nice building and very well maintained. After the ceremony they did a COVID test as well.
