We had hired Hillarys Blinds back in April 2015 for our new house. The way the sales man back then worked was an absolute disaster. Lots of the items of the order back then was wrong, the measurments, the materials, and the fitting was an absolute disaster. Our blinds are fitted as if a child has done it (gaps on the window edges etc) We thought we wouldn't need them ever again...until a couple months ago when the one blind that initial sales man and installed, finally broke - just after 1.5 years of having them. So I contacted the customer service and they said the will charge us £20 for the visit AND then only then they decided whether the repair is on warranty or not (oh the amount has to be paid in cash?!?!?!). Long story short, the guy came 5 hours later than announced, without giving us a call an letting us know, looked at the blindes and said there is nothing he can do?? and he couldn't find our order in his system so he just opened the door an left!! So I called hillarys customer service the following monday (mid december 2017) agreed for a visit on the 7th of Jan. Guess what this time the guy didn't even bother to show up. Now phoned them up again, and the lady just put me without announcing or clarifying what's going on to the guy who just didn't show up last sunday. this person dares to tell me that he had called us and we didn't pick up and why we didn't call him back?. Which is fine, but he had left us a message saying we should call the customer service to rearrange another visit (of course customer service works only from mo- fr)?+? I mean I would NEVER ever go back to Hillary's blinds. The worst materials, the worst customer service, the worst people working for them. Stay away from them!
