For future buyers, please take note:nI am writing to raise a formal complaint regarding the ongoing parking issues that I have been experiencing for over a year, which remain unresolved despite multiple escalations and discussions.nToday, once again, I was unable to park in my allocated bay as it had been taken by an unauthorized vehicle. Illegal parking continues to occur regularly, including by vendors, despite repeated assurances during meetings that this would be addressed. Unfortunately, no effective action has been taken, despite NHG & Hill team knowing the same culprits who continue to park in our allocated bays.nnWhen I visited concierge today, I was advised to call the traffic warden, an unreasonable and unprofessional response. Is that my job to call the traffic warden or your team that was supposed to deliver the experience agreed on the contract. This reflects poorly on your management and highlights a failure to uphold your contractual obligation of ensuring that my allocated bay is available for my use at all times. What is most concerning is that I am paying £385 per month to NHG, and Hill that has appointed NHG to operate at Lampton Parkside facilities is continuing to fail in resolving this matter. During the last meeting with Hill, this was highlighted and acknowledged that it will be resolved with ANPR, etc, but I guess no one has taken the liberty to review your customer satisfaction KPI or nemerous complaints that has been shared over a year now please check the email trail from my end and others that has brought this to your team members. It gives us an anxious feeling when we return home due to car parking issue! I have parked illegally on the pavement next to concierge due to no parking space.nTo be clear:nnYou sold open parking units with the guarantee of enforcement. Yet, policies are not being applied. Please dont waste time telling me the same policy that you have because its not working!nnYou have been repeatedly informed of vendor misuse of bays, but no resolution has followed.nnA simple solution, such as assigning and monitoring vehicle registration plates for legitimate bay holders, has been failing.nnThis continued inaction amounts to a breach of contract.nnI request a clear and immediate resolution to this issue. Specifically:nnConfirmation of how you will enforce parking policies to prevent unauthorized use of my allocated bay.nnA timeline of when these actions will take effect.nnWhen we write an email complaint politely and professionaly, we expect a reply, and that has not been met by NHG team.nnLooking forward to your reply urgently & please see the email trail below for reference.nnnote: i have taken video of all parking spots taken up, but the file size is too large to be shared via this email.
Cambridge Marleigh ParknHill’s after-sales service is extremely poor.nThere are multiple serious issues in my home, including water leaks, draughty windows, and a broken heating system. Despite repeated reports, no one has come to fix the heating at all, leaving the house extremely cold.nThe water leak was eventually repaired, but only after being delayed for more than two months. As for the other problems, no action has been taken and no repairs have been arranged.nOverall, the lack of response and responsibility from Hill’s after-sales team is very disappointing.
Concealed sewage leakage - poor customer servicennFlat location: Cambridge, UKnnMay 2025: Discovered sewage leaking from communal soil pipe that Hill had damaged during construction and concealed with silicone sealant instead of properly repairing. Hill's own operative later confirmed this repair method was not to professional standards.nnThe hidden defect caused sewage contamination in my bathroom and bedroom. Raw sewage soaked insulation and flooring, creating severe mould issues and health hazards.nnHill's management team was dismissive and argumentative throughout. Repairs took three months May-August 2025 due to poor planning - around 20 contractor visits required causing significant disruptions to our daily life.nnHill agreed in June 2025 to reimburse our financial losses but has still not paid anything as of December 2025, five months later.nnThe flat was sold with this serious defect undisclosed. I cannot recommend Hill to prospective buyers. Check everything thoroughly and get independent surveys before purchase.
I have been appalled by the conduct of this company. At this junction, my view is there appears to be lacking integrity. I was driving along one morn minding my own business and then, boom, my car was based on my assessment of the situation, regrettably scratched by fallen or projecting heras fence panel along the interchange, as operatives were working near the road. Nearly the whole door panel of mine was prominently scratched. I pulled over to address the issue with them speaking to various operative gentlemen; however, the overall vibe was in my view typical, and as you might expect - they did not own up and they did not appear interested in making the matter right, even though, on balance of probability, it was obviously them! Various gentlemen operatives came out from the shadows to greet and inspect, each holding an opaque expression. One operative suggested ‘T Cut’ as repair when there is detectable indent to the panel. Surely the right thing to do is own up? Hugely disappointed and ultimately gutted. Well, we will see what happens next.
Purchased a lovely apartment by the riverside at ST James Quay, Norwich. 4 months later foul water leaking from car park roof and thus 3 car parking spaces out of use and a danger of toilets backing up. Over a month and no sign of repair. Also the painter touches up fire doors in passageway and literally painted the carpet. Again no sign of it being cleaned or replaced. So very disappointed.
