Incredibly helpful service, and great shop. Knowledgeable people that are friendly and helpful for your skating questions. They fixed my board and only charged me for the parts which were very cheap, which is incredibly generous. Good selection of clothes and are a good price. Shop has a good vibe. Would recommend
Daughter loves the place, goes there any chance she gets even just for a little look, she always asks to go in and get something, customer service is fantastic all the staff are so kind to her. Would give more stars if I could.

The boys in the shop were outstanding. Even if one was wearing a beanie cap in 26 degree heat on July 27th skaters... my son loved it... my wallet didn't an overall fantastic experience. Well done boys
Came in for some clothes for my son and the jeans were laid out in size and style order which at busy Xmas’ is very important. Store is small but easy to see what you needed. Staff were nice enough, hands off, not pushy but did acknowledge me. When I asked for help the young tall chap couldn’t have been more helpful. I left with load of clothes, great deal on the Route One trousers that my son loves and left with more that I thought I would but felt well advised and felt as though I had great bargains for a fraction of the price. Will be back for sure.
The product selection is great and there is a large selection of RIPNDIP but the attitude of the staff is dreadful. While in the shop I spent over £200, myself and my partner made the mistake of attempting to have a conversation with a member of staff, clearly a big mistake he was rude and looked us like we were idiots. I'm not asking for red carpet treatment but a bit of politeness and pleasantries would be nice. The sales assistant made us feel very uncomfortable and guilty for daring to buy something. Cheer up buddy!
It's a great store, with a wide selection of clothes. However, the ginger haired guy that works there needs to learn some manners. Speaking with him was like trying to get blood out of a stone. Totally unhelpful and came across quite sarcastic. My simple enough guestions were a complete hassle to him. Won't be going back to the store based on my experience with him.
Not about this shop but online shop. Recently won an online raffle payment was made through PayPal money has now been refunded because of fraud concerns took 6 days to inform me money was refunded have had no word from my bank or PayPal about this so unsure exactly why this happened. Staff were fairly clueless and couldn't tell me if it would be possible to still purchase due to how limited the release was and were unable to say whether it would happen again not a great experience and probably won't shop here again
Great customer service and great prices and selection is on many top brands in the skate industry. Shoe selection is on point!
The staff in this store should not be working with the public. The ginger guy who works there made me feel so uncomfortable when he was serving me as it seemed as though it physically hurt him to have to work/speak. Every one i know who shops here comments on how bad he is. They all are tbh. Desperately need new staff its a joke they totally ignore you and offer no help whatsoever. One word answers all round. Great store as we dont have this stuff in most places but they just really need to check who they have working for them as they are all pretty dreadful. Please get new staff!!!
