Great products for fair prices including kilt accessories such as belts, buckles, flashes, etc. but it was one of the most uncomfortable shopping experiences of my life. The man working there was rude and unwelcoming. I’m not sure if it was because I was visiting as a tourist or if he treats everyone this way.

Terrible customer service. Nice products but on the pricey side.

We hired kilts and accessories for my wedding and I wouldn't wish this experience on anybody. They messed up a few items on the order (nearly got children's socks), fortunately this was rectified before the big day.

Only one of the four staff I encountered had any people skills or seemed to know what they were talking about. 

Would not recommend.

Well made products, all made in the UK. All wool and cashmere. Modern fits. Quality home furnishings too.

Store has an unwritten no refund policy and store manager calls customer names. Avoid at all costs.
