Horrifying place to work.nnEmployee repeatedly returned home crying after beatings from students as well as un kind confrontations from colleagues. Constant lack of compassion and help from head teacher. Unacceptable conditionsnnFelt forced to leave due to deep emotional and mental strain but was not given any sort of send off after 14 years of working there even though any previous resigning colleagues always recieved some kind of thank you.nnNot satisfied with this treatment of a loyal employee.

My daughter really enjoys Highcliffe St Mark, I think it's a lovely little school. Really happy with everything! My daughters come on leaps and bounds so I have no complaints!

This school is horrifying and do not treat you nicely headteacher is rude and do not help if you need help in any learning for the kids is hard I try but the teacher always says I’m not good enuf
