I got my oldest daughters ears pieced here, she was very nervous so much she was bought to tears. The whole team at Unichem were very supportive and made a very stressful situation enjoyable. Absolute professional staff and very nice.

Updated Review: Not sure what's gone on but would no longer recommend this Pharmacy. There have been a lot of staff changes and the new staff are rude, ignore people waiting and appear impatient. Twice have had prescription items missed out of my monthly medications. Twice now they have second guessed what my Dr has prescribed. Just been in to pick up a script dropped off 3 days ago, it is not ready and they have to ring another staff who's off about the script. ----‐------------------------------------------------------------ Awesome pharmacy. Have shifted and get my medication blister packed. I went in to pick up my pack and they asked me to double check it to make sure it was all correct i.e. morning, noon, evening. Went to pick up another item today, there is some detailed instructions for the use of the medication and the person who was serving me took the time to go through this with me.
Very small pharmacy but has most essential medical supplies. Definitely has less beauty and hair care supplies though. Opens earlier than most pharmacies, which is convenient. Attached to health centre next door.
Definitely more reasonable prices than their neighbours across Moorhouse Ave. staff seem friendly too. Store is quite small, but has had everything I’ve needed over various visits.
Selling '10cmx10m' of adhesive film for ~16 NZD that is actually not 10m but 1m!. Apparently they buy 10m rolls and then cut them into 1m pieces, but don't bother about changing the label accordingly. When pointed out staff was unwilling to change the label, saying 'nobody ever complained' and giving me a bad look. Absolutely ridiculous customer service and fraudulent business practice in my view. BTW the actual 10cmx10m adhesive film can be bought at other places for roughly 30 NZD - but it really is 10m.
The team here are great, quick with scripts and even have a text reminder system! Their hours even work around regular work hours so you can still pick up your meds.
Excellent pharmacy who you can rely on to get it right first time, and that's kinda important when it comes to medication.
Close to town and there are enough parking at the pharmacy which is very convenient. Staffs are always helpful and friendly.
