Excellent support and service from the team. Jody, the salesman, was patience personified and his knowledge of the vans we were looking at was incredible. He was very helpful sorting out a good trade in prices for our van and fitted this in with a good finance package. Nothing was too much trouble for him. We bought a cracking VW California. About 3 months after we bought it we had an engine management system problem. Julia in the service department arranged for this to be repaired locally. Even when we dropped in without notice with a small gas leak the team had a look at it, offered a temporary solution and ordered the part required. The overall experience with the Devon branch has been great and leaves the local competition in their wake!
Visited in October whilst driving home, this centre has a large amount of new and used pull caravans at competitive prices, the motor home range was mainly used however a few brand new ones were viewable, especially panel van styles. The site has a new tarmac car park with outdoor handwash area, a huge, well stocked shop for all your accessories. The staff are very friendly and not pushy at all, browsing was easy with most vehicles open, please use gloves and a face mask when looking inside all vehicles.
We recently came into the shop after browsing the forecourt for caravans last week and we were looking for the toilets. I have never in my life felt so insulted by somebody just for asking where the toilet was! We simply asked where they were in the shop only to be greeted by a very rude man with grey hair who was sat behind the computer screen and berated us saying “Can’t you read” while tapping a sign. To make matters worse we overheard him insulting us for not reading his sign whilst we were walking towards the toilet. What a lovely way to be greeted!! Especially in front of my children. Appalling customer service. Not only have you lost a sale but we’ll be taking our custom elsewhere. AVOID!
Very helpful and the prices are just as good as the online services I found so far very helpful and knowledgeable as I don't understand and I'm only buying parts not a caravan I don't can't afford one
Plenty to look at , No sales staff to hassle you , but at hand if you need help , nice to be able to veiw at your own leisure, haven't bought yet but close
Found all the staff so helpful and nothing was to much. Offered a great price for my motorhome so I brought a top of the range caravan from them. I would highly recommend them, great family run business.
Great service on recent warranty work on our new Swift Conqueror ,all relatively minor and completed after fairly short time agreeing with Swift .very friendly and all items fixed and duly explained .
We needed a valve for our air awning and they had one in stock. Very friendly and helpful staff.
I have bought there my first Bailey caravan. I would add that I changed my review after one year and I can give them only 2 stars because I am disappointed after my first annual service. In my opinion I paid for nothing and I feel that somebody has ticked only a checklist. I have to asked about a stamp in my warranty book...it is so sad because I recognised personally that one bulb doesn’t work in 11 month old caravan and straight after annual service... !?
Good selection of caravans Motorhomes Major put off was the toilets looked liked they hadn’t been clean for weeks . Disgusting. Worry if they can’t kept toilets clean how can they offer good after service
