Results up very quickly from the shows. Very easy to enter on line. Never had to contact them so can't comment on customer service .

Easy to navigate, does what it says on the tin, you can find shows, enter them, check results, what more do you need

Bad customer service. Very rude staff, unhelpful and condescending. I complained after they made a mistake and was spoken to very badly. Was told eventually that my issue had been sorted but yesterday received documents with incorrect name on them again. Not a happy customer.

Couldn't enter a show just couldnt get into the site

Ok all sorted now with update due to closure of dog biz
