I’ve used High Tech Roofing twice to fix 2 separate leaky roofs one with bespoke made skylights ordered via High Tech Roofing. The quality of service from start to finish is undeniably 5 starts. The product speaks for itself - a company who have been running for 25 years offering I lifetime guarantee and still in business. Would recommend.

I thought that this company was a great one to use after reading some reviews but I must be totally honest. I had my large flat roof done just over 3 years ago and keep the workers in food and drink hoping they would do a good job, although the roof has not leaked since I noticed some of the fixing membrane pads have lifted off. I was not happy with the way the main guy was working as he threw litter out of his van everyday on my drive, ruined my hose pipe getting it covered in black sticky tar

We were extremely happy with the whole life cycle of the works. The estimator was very knowledgeable and helpful and followed up a possible issue with the windows. The survey was efficiently done and resolved the issues effectively. The actual works were most professionally done with very good finishing detail and we are delighted with the finished result.

New flat roof is performing well and an efficient process. Unfortunately during the process we had guttering, TV aerial, lawn and drain coverings damaged/broken. Efficient at communicating and returning to fix half these issues but irritating to be told it was because these things were 'old'. The guttering was only put in place 3 years ago.

From first contact, representative visit & to installation couldn't have asked for a better service. All representatives from the company were all fantastic and very accomodating of our circumstances. Very helpful & efficient. Thank you so very much. Would definitely recommend.

I’m sure their workmanship is wonderful. However…. On moving in to my new home, I discovered that my flat roof is guaranteed by High Tech Membrane Roofing until 2039. Yeah!! However, it would seem that all their guarantees are attached to the name of the original client, not the roof! To transfer the guarantee to my name would cost me £350!! What a con…. I wouldn’t do business with them, even if they were still trading when I might need a repair. Imagine calling it a ‘product guarantee’ i.e. the flat roof, but attaching it to a named person!!!
