I visited today and was advised to speak to the pharmacist . The staff were really kind and helpful , it wasn’t to much trouble to speak with me and direct me to what I needed. The pharmacist was quick and efficient , had me checked and a prescription in no time at all . Great service ! Keep up the good work .

As a had a experience in out life at times with a bad back it comes and goes so came in asked for some co codamol tablets spotty faced tennagager replies what are you using this for I said my back is painful more questions after questions I got fed up am no addicted Al go elsewhere the youngest staff not clue about the older life so unhelpful in ignorant that u felt like going away awful
The pharmacist is so proficient and so helpful. He was very patient with my million questions and gave me the best advice. I highly recommend this pharmacy.
The customer service here is very spotty, generally with the pharmacy techs. The only times I have had good experiences is when I am lucky enough to enter and catch the pharmacist at the counter. I prefer Boots to here, to be honest, despite having to go out of the way a bit.
Come here regularly for my perscription and advice on medication. Never had any issues - I think the rude member of staff mentioned in other reviews is long gone.
Great pharmacy and pharmacists and staff, in this day and age when it's so difficult to get Doctors appointment they are always there with help, advice and guidance.
Won't be coming to this pharmacy ever again. Poor customer service skills and rude members of staff. Made to feel judged when trying to get a repeat prescription.
Staff are always very friendly. Went in to speak to pharmacist about UTI was sorted out within minutes, great service!
Staff were offhand and seemed to judge anybody who came in. Personally, I came in for a routine prescription and was treated in a way were I was looked down upon, as if I was some kind of socially inept, waste of space. Won't be coming here again. Would give zero stars if I could! Go somewhere else!
